Supervises the implementation of Project Controls processes and practices including initial CBS and Cost coding structures.
Plans, develops, implements and executes the Project Control requirements for Bemco projects.
Analyzing projects cost performance against the control plan and communicates reasons for variance and plans to mitigate to management.
Budget Monitoring.
Prepare, Issue earned value, Cost trends and progress reports.
Generate weekly, monthly cost reports.
Monitoring Project Manpower and Equipment Performance and Productivity.
Prepare Trend analyses and reports, including ETC and EAC.
Prepared the baseline schedule for Qurrayah combined cycle (3 GE 7FA Gas turbine and 1 Steam turbine GE 307FA).
Reviews the representation of project scope in schedules.
Participates in the establishment of milestones for the relevant project phases. Reviews supplier schedules to ensure compliance with these milestones.
Technical direction and supervision to a team of technicians and craft labors for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for all variations of power delivery equipment, GE (MCC, GPP, EX2100, protection relays (C60, G60, T60)), and non GE such as HV 13.8KV unit SWGR (Powell), MV 4.16KV switchgear (GEDAC), protection relays, transformer (HYNDAI, ARIVA, WESCOSA....), cables and other HV equipment. Materials take off, as built drawing & daily progress report.
Termination & Testing of power and control cables; Continuity and offline checks.
