JOB ANALYSIS & SOURCING:
(1) Understanding and Writing the right Job Description for the requirement so that it meets the requirements of the Manager.
(2) Getting help from the Line Manager of the concerned department and the Human Resource Manager to prepare the JD.
(3) After the preparation of the Job Description, Doing Mass Mailing and Job Posting on Naukri.com and Linkedin.com sites.
(4) Sourcing the right candidate on the basis of the Job Description given and his relevant experience as shown in his Resume.
SCREENING AND SHORTLISTING:
(1) Screening the Responses of the candidates from the Mass Mailing and Job Posting from Naukri.com and Linkedin.com.
(2) Matching the resumes of the candidates from the Job Description i.e. matching their work done in the previous companies.
(3) Short listing the candidates as per the Job Description and the relevant experience written in the resumes of candidates.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
(1) Calling the Screened & Shortlisted candidates and taking their first round of Telephonic Interview for other further process.
(2) Sharing the Job Description with the candidates and Calling them up in the organization for their Face to Face interview.
(3) Taking the first round of the Face To Face Interview and arranging the second round of interview with the Line Manager.
(4) Selecting the candidate on the basis of his Face To Face interview with the line manager & HR round and take it further.
(5) Giving the candidate his feedback and getting his Salary Slips & References from the current company in order to prepare his CTC Structure & offer letter and doing Negotiation on Salary and his minimum Notice Period.
DOCUMENTATION & INDUCTION:
(1) Getting all the documents of the candidates and sharing them ahead as per the requirement for other necessary process.
(2) Doing all the necessary formalities of the Documentation process and starting the induction process of the organization.
As a HR Asst in a mold base manufacturing company, had a hands on experience in maintaining attendance and leave record of the employees and in payroll processing. Also have a good knowledge in maintaing purchase and vendor details using the TCS ion software.
As a metadata operator have experience in trancribing the audio and video files using the metadata tools.
As a PCR Producer in a television Channel, got a good knowledge in the news production with experience in handling audio and video equipment used in the Control room.
