Responsibilities • Involved in Development in release wise from Jan -14 to till
date.
• Have communicated effectively with the Business top get a
clear picture of the end to end flow of any design to facilitate
better implementation of the component impact.
• Coding, Debugging & Unit testing is the major part of my
activity. Except this Documentation, test description
preparation also is part of my activity.
• Have always been on time in providing all required
information to the business as agreed.
• Have provided assistance when ever required during the
End to End test is in progress or regression testing.
• I do provide queries and concerns over the design in order
to ensure that the design conforms to both functional and
non functional requirements of the application.
• Involved from component level impact analysis to low level
of impact assessment.
• Coordinated effectively with the team to deliver the agreed
component changes.
• Have provided support till the changes have been
implemented in production.
• Always trying to build an easy and effective automated tool
during my testing or on customer specific requirement.

I’ve played multiple roles across projects. My primary role has been that of a developer and to lead
team . Besides being a developer, I’ve also played the role of Mainframe Job optimizer where I
have represented my team in various job optimization forums and in other hand which helped the
customer to full fill their wish. In my team, I also share a few responsibilities with the delivery
manger in terms of tracking the defect fixes plans and assigning owners for defects that are raised
in the application.
