•Driving a start-up wing, delivering an enhanced technological backbone to Dubai's attractions and experiences, offering them integrated digital support and wider visibility among both domestic stakeholders and global markets
• Managing three business verticals (Implementation, Enhancement, and
Integration), coordinating cross-functional teams based in the Philippines, Amsterdam, and India.
• On boarding of 88 destination management companies, 478 global and local distributors and successfully achieving 400 daily transactions within the first year of operation.
• Defining standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and support workflows.
• Conduct review meetings with internal/external system users and actively drive and produce comprehensive user requirement documentation that can be clearly understood by the product development team.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate the testing of all enhancements ensuring that the quality of testing is high and that interfaces and solutions are operationally functional for all users prior to roll-out.
• Embed the adoption of project management processes & techniques to drive the delivery of the technology solutions.
• Contributing to EK’s digital transformation journey by designing, conceptualizing, and building a customer genome of 100 million customer
base with 68% accuracy of personal, contact details and actionable behavioral patterns.
• Manages and prioritizes the product backlog. Program Increment planning, define iterations, and user stories. Contribute to the product roadmap,
vision, and ROI. Participate in team demo and retrospective. Verification and validation of test strategy.
• Analyze data from various source systems and use them to improve
customer profile, contact information, customer behavior. Highlight opportunities to improve data quality.
• Drive the corporate communication, ancillary revenue, and marketing insights through customer segmentation and behavioral analysis.
• Exploit and champion the use of new BI tools thus supporting the management team in improving the user acceptance of data service by Emirates Group
stakeholders.
• Provide functional expertise to the business project teams to drive system and reporting improvements in order to ensure efficient reporting.
Building the analytical capabilities for the organization by conceptualizing, designing, and managing the enterprise data warehouse.
Analyze the data captured in operational systems like reservation, check-in, and inflight to enable various frontline business units to access the most relevant and accurate customer information for disruption management, customer segmentation, and campaign management to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Working as a data analyst and web developer. Having hands on experience on asp.net 2005, vb.net, C#, java script.
