balances agree with the general ledger balance
• Coordinating in complete planning & management activities to ensure completion of internal & statutory audits within time
• Examining cash flow and ensuring efficient management of resources including inventory, cash, & receivables / payables
• Reviewing performance, monitoring & analysing monthly / quarterly operating / financial results with present
budgeted parameters for the business units
• Ensuring that all intercompany transactions are captured on a continuous basis and that the monthly balances are
mutually reconciled
• Presenting a true & fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annual
reports and analysing expenditure on a monthly basis to control expenses
