In my current role as a Civil Engineer at SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company (SAPDC), I have gained valuable experience in the Design, Planning and Preparation of Layout, Cost Estimate, Preparation of BOQ, Hydrology, Power potential Study, Financial Study, Preparation of Inception report, prefeasibility report and DPR of the Project, Filling Manual and other works related to projects. I have been involved in a range of projects i.e. Arun-3 HEP, Lower Arun HEP, and Arun-4 HEP. My responsibilities have encompassed Planning and preparation of Layout, performing hydrological study and hydraulic design, Preparation of BOQ, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
One of my significant achievements includes leading the design team for a major hydropower plant expansion project. This project involved optimizing the plant's efficiency, increasing its power output, and implementing innovative solutions to mitigate environmental impacts. Through effective coordination and communication with stakeholders, we successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget, exceeding client expectations.
PROJECT • Accessing the quality of surface water in the western delta of the Godavari river, India ACHIEVEMENTS & RECOGNITION • Honored with SAPDC Star Award, 2023 • Received recognition for demonstrating exceptional qualities in teamwork, leadership, innovative practices, and organizational abilities. • Instrumental in enabling SAPDC to achieve the target of Commissioning Arun-3 HEP within the scheduled timeframe. • 68% score in Quantity Survey, Estimation and costing training 90% score in Tekla structure software Training • Got 1st position in Truss Bridge Design contest conducted by BVC Engineering College, Odalaravu. • Got 1st position in the event and awarded with 45% Scholarship by THE GATE ACADEMY in the event CUBES (Compressive Strength) held at CIVILIZE-2019, organized by Department of civil engineering, V R Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada. • Score 68% Marks in Introduction to Remote Sensing NPTEL Online Certification • Got 79th Rank in Compex Scholarship provided by Indian Embassy to study engineering in India CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES • Inner Engineering • National Credit Corps Training • Building Model construction in Supernova 2020 (National Symposium)
