Core Competency
My core competency lies in the Architecture, Systems Engineering, Writing requirements, design and development of, EMS/NMS applications, OAM software, OSS/NMS Presales and engineering Solution Architecture, Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
My current activities involves proposing solution to any RFP, estimating the price for any new proposal, and making demo and products (Fault Management, Performance management, Service Quality management (SQM), Customer experience management (CEM), Trouble Ticketing, Asset management, Inventory management, Service activation gateway) presentation to customers, working with customer to define scope of the work etc. I also participate in writing requirements for development, and providing specification document. Work with development team for getting the requirements implemented. Currently I am working on new product on CEM (Customer experience management), and SQM ( Service quality management) . I am primary contact for APAC region customers.for my group.
Good understanding of NGOSS, eTOM, SID, etc.
