* Develops and executes comprehensive integrated marketing plans including offline programs,

Responsibilities during Transition
▪ Formulates marketing strategy and develops formal marketing plans outlining marketing
and database strategies, including: budget, audience segmentation. Manages all
components of integrated campaign development, internal alignment, implementation,
measurement and evaluation.

▪ Collaborates with Digital Marketing Director to ensure digital opportunities are
considered and break through the clutter
▪ Success in delivering marketing strategies to win business required and ability to
manage large projects in marketing arena.

▪ Calculation of Direct Cost, Project Expenses, Facility Cost, P&L are the parameters
followed.

▪ Work cross-functionally with global teams with product, marketing and to build solutions
▪ Identify and manage internal projects to enhance productivity
▪ Derive internal research, brainstorming and insights to inform opportunities to improve
▪ Work with Global team to Design scalable work flow that enables effective global
implementation of new or reformed policies.
People Related
▪ Manage careers and growth for all Ad Operation Analysts, Responsible for ensuring the
safety, security and integrity of Organization systems and data.
▪ Set and maintain goals for Operations Analysts
▪ Develop metrics to measure the growth, performance and impact of the team and other
efforts, including synthesizing data to evaluate program efficacy and provide go-forward
recommendations for continually increasing the impact clients’ success metrics.
▪ To ensure full deployment of performance management processes like Monitoring,
Coaching, and One to Ones etc.
▪ Focus on Continuous Improvement through Regular Quality Monitoring, Floor Monitoring.

▪ Effectively identify and communicate risks during course of operations within a project.
