Follow up with auditors in conducting internal
and external audits and interact with various
stakeholders for implementing audit
recommendations.
Manage implementation of VAT requirements as
per FTA regulations, reconciliation of transitions
for import & export. Filing VAT return as per FTA
requirement.
Negotiate with banks for obtaining banking
facilities and ensuring adequate funds for future
and existing business ventures of the
organization.
Maintain updated assets register, physical
verification and calculation of depreciation &
allocation of assets Sr. No for controls based on
various statutory regulations.
Prepare and present various status reports for
the senior management and other stakeholders
to enable effective decision making.
Approve transitions and updated General
Ledger after daily transaction verification with
vouchers (Accounting documents).
Focus on reconciliation of intercompany A/C and
related transitions. Correspondence with Head
office pre- audit dept.
Process Letter of credit documents for export
and import as per terms and conditions.
Correspondence with banks. Processing
Advance payment Guarantee, performance
Bond Guarantee.
Set up effective inventory control to maintain
MSL level including procedure of Store record
as per Co.’s policies (Computerized Inventory
System) & Monthly, Yearly Stock reconciliation;
value wise and Quality-wise (Raw material &
Finished good) with control account of Raw
material A/c & Sales A/c and Stock A/c.
Maintain updated employees’ attendance
records for payroll processing on time. Followed-
up with Insurance Companies for Insurance
required for the benefits of Company.
