Total Manpower at peak period: 10, 000 personnel
Fully experienced in complete preparation and submission of Tender Technical Documentation to Clients (both Government & Private)independently. Familiarity on various submission requirements of different Clients.
•Preparation of Tender Deliverables.
•Attending Pre-Tender Meetings & preparation of related Minutes.
•Analysis of Tender Documents/Contract Conditions
•Filling in of Form of Tender and other Forms.
•Coordination with Estimation & Technical Department.
•Presentation of Technical Documents, preparation & compilation of covering letter & other documentation
Preparation of Prequalification/Company Presentations
Fully experienced in preparation and submission of Prequalification to Clients(both Government & Private)independently, which include filling of pre-qualification questionnaire
•Presentation of company’s qualification, experience, expertise etc., preparation of substantiation/support documentation.
•Covering letter for submission
•Preparing Company’s General Presentations/Profile for Introductory Submission to potential Clients.
Other Administrative Work:
•Company’s Yearly Business Plan Preparation.
•Monthly preparation/update of Projects Lists for potential Projects from various market resources.
•Preparation of Artwork/Layouts for Advertisements.
•Support work for Commercial & Technical Department.
•Covering letters for Tenders, Pre-qualifications etc, independently.
Secretarial Duties
•Typing of Correspondence, Minutes of Meeting, Contracts, Agreements etc.
•Handling email, telephone, fax & dispatch of courier.
•Receiving/Distribution & filing of incoming and outgoing Correspondence.
•Coordinating between Branch Office & various Construction
of Sites the Company.
•Organize and manage daily schedules, co-ordinate meetings /appointments and preparing itineraries.
