* Configuring, testing & rolling out Airside operational devices such as Zebra & Motorola scanners for BRS,
CABT & Ramp operations.

* Handling multiple Projects with the Hamad International Airport team for the WLAN Security (CISCO ISE) &
Access Points across the Airport.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
• Configure Servers and establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing
system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards and disaster recovery operations.
• Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and
limitations.
• Perform installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems such as the
installation of new databases, operating systems and software, POS Systems configuration & Setup.
• Identify and evaluate industry trends in database systems to serve as a source of information and advice for
upper management. Identify system data, hardware or software components required to meet user needs.
• Configured Avaya IP Phones and PABX, Aruba Access Point Controllers and Access Points. Setup and Configure
Fortinet Firewall and Implement Policies.
• Negotiated and purchased computers and end-user software within a given budget, including software for
Anti-Virus, ERP System etc. Negotiated with the vendor for the buyout of the company phone system, saving
employer over 65% of the initial buyout price. Managed telecommunication vendors to reduce the annual
costs.
• Assessed and resolved complex issues with the strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with
effective facilitation, communication and teaching/mentoring skills. Hence, carry organizational proficiencies
of working in cross functional teams, multitasking and managing time independently, in a fast-paced
environment with little direction; along with the ability to adjust to changing business needs, quickly.
• Strong ability to prepare and present technical documentation coupled with the ability to communicate in a
professional manner when interacting across staff levels and internal/external customers. Hence, proven
ability to work independently or as an integral member of a team.
