Assisting operation department during the changeover of compressor, pump, plant shutdown and start up activities.
Carry out breakdown and shutdown job of continues process plant and compressor.
Carry out the functional check of ESD and interlock of implementing new facility changes from operation request and loop check, sequence and logic checking of newly added facilities and package units.
To assist other sections such as Electrical, Mechanical, project department and workshop for the repair and troubleshooting of their instrument related work.

I worked with SHELL-AFAM 6 COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT (M/S. DAEWOO E & C)
Involved with commissioning and red line drawing team(156 MV gas turbine-02 nos. and 256 MV steam turbine). preparation of documentation and updated drawing for as built and submitted to client.

Supervision of commissioning activities like loop checking, Documentation, Loop check and function check with the various associated vendors. Work with responsibility in process control instrument and maintenance job and handling manpower distribution.

Replacing control valve link, overhauling of control valve, removing and fixing radial, axial and Temperature probes of steam turbine generator, recycle compressor.

I was involved in LNG Train 2&3, Boiler 3&4, 5&6 overhaul (shut down).removing instru-ments from field for servicing at central work shop as per client list. On site overhauling and calibration of control valve, Replacing gland, studs & nuts of control valve, valve regulator, V/P converter, I/P converter and feedback arm, function checking of ESD related instru-ments. Calibration & checking of critical loops, Calibration & checking of Level troll, pressure switch, level switch. Installation of removing instruments in proper way & housekeeping af-ter competition of the job

This is one of the largest ETHYLENE Plant (13 MMTPA). Carrying out pre-commissioning activities like loop checking, ESD and function check with the various associated vendors. CENTUM CS 3000 with VNET IP connectivity (YOKOGAWA), More than 2000 field bus foun-dation devices. Field Connex device from Pepperl + fiches for field bus distribution, Mother-board based power supply system (MB-FB-4R), Field bus power modules, advanced diag-nostic module(HD2-DM-A), modular surge protector, 8 channel segment protector & field bus terminator.
