Assisting and supporting the Project Manager and other executives.
Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
Assigning tasks
Working with the team to ensure smooth running.
Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities for business.
Resolving any financial queries that are raised, including timely communication of SOA of companies to
executives.
Overseeing procurement and communicating to procurement manager any issues arising
Attending trainings of new products lounged from suppliers.
Track and report project business including keeping of Quotation reports and monthly sales reports of
executives.
Negotiating with costumers for prices and attending to their problems, providing them all the support they
request.
As a stand-alone Project Coordinator reporting to GM and MD
All the above, plus:
Make sure that strategy, goals and objectives are stated
Create and maintain documentation submitting them whenever requested.
Communicate with GM/CEO on team members’ performance
Participate in performance review

Quoting, Delivery coordination, Negotiation with customers.
Planning, directing, organizing project work
Procurement management
Documentation management
Keeping a constant check on stock levels and reporting the same to the Purchase
officer. Maintain records of pending deliveries against PO issued.
Submitting invoices to the accounts department.
Assisting in purchase like follow up with suppliers for quotation and negotiation.
Follow up of delivery with suppliers and coordination with warehouses. Sourcing
alternatives products and suppliers.
Skills
Good oral and written communication skills also tact and diplomatic.
Strong analytical skills.
Good knowledge in ERP system usage.
The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight
deadlines
