These machines perform the different type of operation like as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, shaping, broaching and many other different operations. • Nepamill pioneered mfg. of newsprint paper for 42 to 44 gsm in the country. The main raw material was Salari wood, Bamboo's and present use raw material wasted papers. The nepamill has the five different dept. like Cold Soda Pulping plant, D.M. plant; work shop, paper production and power plant etc. The work shop is repairing the paper production machine tools and turbines. The work shop has different type of manual operating machines. This machines perform operation like a turning milling, shaping, drilling etc. Training for 1month: Gajra Gear Pvt. Ltd. Team Size: 5 Technology Used Use Concept to Accident Protection on Lift Description This project we are used the concept of accident protection system in lift. In this project joining the two bar at top of the lift car&van.And other bars are fixed to wall in which the lift are move up to down. Also connect the helical spring in the centre of car. This shear the tension on rope. Some time wearing on rope &breaking of rope this system are protecting the lift. 2 Project Name Design & Analysis Solar Powered Air Conditioner For Domestic Application. Project Details College Minor Project - Completed in 6 months, Team Size: 4 Technology Used Old Air conditioner Process +solar panel plate. Description Currently we are building new Air Conditioner to fit for different client requirements using Solar Energy I am leading this team of 5 people working to improve and enhance process of Air Conditioner by the use of new and innovative ideas and technologies. Below is the description of some of the innovation works we do. 1 First to step the solar plate at the top of the building. This solar plate absorbs the sun energy change in D.C to A.C. by used inverter. 2. Supply the power to Compressor. To Compress the Refrigerant. 3. This Refrigerants passing to the Condenser, Expansion Device than Evaporative. Evaporative produce Cooling Effect. Again and again this process repeated.
