requirements, purchase requests, etc. 3. Types memos, letters, reports, records, and general
correspondence 4. Prepares and maintains records of meeting proceedings 5. Maintains departmental files
6. Maintains statistical records, as necessary 7. Orders routine supplies, receives and checks all incoming
supplies, returning items, as indicated 8. Maintain stockroom inventory and processes staff supply

BSS IT Mission is a training institude conducting the Distance education for the MG University, Kerala. the courses offered there was MBA, MCA, BCA and other different types of Computer courses. this instutive constituite of 32 brances all over Kerala and our's was the main head office.
My part as a Department cordinator was to cordinate these courses and to manage the admission according to the eligibility, certifcate verification, cordination and correspondace with the University. i even took classes for the MCA and BCA students.
Assisting the Engineering students in the final semester projects and also to give classes to the Higher secondary classess.
