Preparation of RA bill and get Certified by Client/Consultant for the item rate
contract.
* Taking site work measurement and preparation of sub contractor’s bill.
* Preparing Local Sub contractor’s order (LSO), Letter of Intent (LOI), Sub contract
Agreements.
* Preparing Quotations & Invoices for different civil works, also including MEP &
Dewatering works.
* Applying for different type of NOC’s from DM & RTA for the concerned work.
* Monitor material status reports against construction schedules and review them with
procurement and follow up with construction manager as well as the project manager
for their delivery to the site.
* Monitoring the performance of awarded subcontracts and ensuring the works carried
out by nominated subcontractor is in conformity with subcontract provisions.
* Conduct joint measurements together with subcontractors authorized representative
for works carried out.
* Analysing drawings, specifications and statements of work to ensure Quality and
Exact Scope of works.
* Sending enquiries for different works and negotiating with prices to finalize the
Subcontractors. Also evaluating, checking and certifying monthly payment
application of subcontractors.
* Responsible of closing-out subcontract agreements including settlement of variations,
reconciliation of disputed items, agreeing the final accounts and issuing of final
payment certificates and submitting subcontractor’s historical reports.

Coordination with planning engineer for procuring the materials and executing the
work as per schedule.
* Executing and monitoring the scheduled activities at site as per plan.
* Responsible for all quality aspects such as cube test of concrete, tensile strength of
steel etc.
* Handling the sub-contractors in order to achieve the desired work within allotted
time.
* Ensuring a good quality control in working site.
* Responsible to solve the Technical issues in construction site.

per architectural details
* Arranging the equipments in advance for smooth functioning of the works.
* Supervising, re-measurement of works and periodic updating of work progress on
site.
* Coordinating with consultant/ client for inspection of works & to solve the site

DSTC for Arcelor Mittal at FZO, Jabal ali, Dubai- It Comprises of Warehouse
& Office Building with Parking & Landscaping works.
Luxury Villa for Mr. Jean Samman (Byblos Group) at Umm al Shief, Dubai-
It Comprises of Basement+ Ground + Upper Floor +Terrace)
Executing the works at site as per daily plan and schedule.
* Site inspection and joint measurement with Contractor for Reinforcent checking
before concrete works for Mall Construction.
* Quality check & supervision during the Concrete of huge slabs & other structures
involved.
* Providing clearance before commencent for different works at site like
Blockwork, Columns, Finishes etc
* Checking the materials as per approved specifications.
* Working experience in Post Tensioning in slabs.
* Monitoring & controling project with respect to cost, resourse deploment, time
over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
* Snagging in charge for 144 flats G+ 17 floors(2 blocks)
* Quality checking and Handover each apartment to Clients.

* Water proofing in charge for G+ 17 floors(2 blocks), 144 flats (Under tile
waterproofing)
* Preparing DPR and submitting to Project Manager.
* Handling the sub-contractors in order to achieve the desired work within allotted
time.
* Coordinating with client and PMC to solve the site related problems.

Forum Fiza Mall at Mangalore central Comprising of 5 floors with a Total
Area of 64, 000Sqm.
Shantiniketan Township at Whitefied, Bangalore which is spread over an
Area of 100Acres Consisting of 24 high rise residential buildings.
