•Coordinates to RDC Engineer in requesting TCN for job implementation by MOD SQUAD.

•Responsible in Huawei, Siemens, Ericsson and Lucent network Installation, power up, stand-alone tests, network integration and troubleshooting issues according to supplied procedures and given instructions
•Perform software configuration, physical wiring, cross connects and mapping in support of provisioning and maintenance
•Manage the installation, testing and commissioning of new networks, systems, circuits and cablings
•Interprets site design drawings and MOP (Method of Procedure) handbooks in order to correctly build the network elements as designed.
•Responsible to do the PAT (Procedure Acceptance Test) of all the newly installed transmission equipment witness by District representative and O&M
•Responsible for site survey for the availability of the transmission equipment location. Power allocation, clocking that required by MOP
•Provide technical assistance and project coordination on transmission equipment and network
•Extraction of E’1s for ADM4/1C in HRAIU & ISM 2000C in HRISLU cabinet as per requirement of the costumer and perform testing and commissioning
•Run connectorized cable and terminate signal cable and optical cable from equipment port to the corresponding DDF Port / DIXI Panel /DSX Panel and ODF Port assignment
•Structural cabling, cable runways and cable tray
•Fabricate and splices optical fiber and patch cord
•Supervised construction of commercial buildings, hospital and housing projects.
•Required to prepare daily construction logs for ongoing projects.
•Supervised installation of underground communication cables including manholes.
•Supervised cable pulling of duct cable.
•Prepare bill of quantities, cost estimates, program of work.
•Coordinate field activities with design changes and internal scheduling

•Coordinated the daily schedules of vessels in order to supply adequate number of usable trailers.
•Closely coordinate with the operation group for their daily trailer requirements
•Quality Inspection newly repaired trailer if it pass the company standard.
•Manage the cost of repair in order not to exceed the allocated monthly repair budget
•Manage a team of 40 contractor’s staff and work closely to finish repair on time and under budget.
•Maintained repair equipment and inventory of tools to ensure the shop is in good operating condition.
