 Responsible and involved in the full contract life cycle, the negotiation and preparation of contracts the follow up with legal and administrative issues including resolution of disputes, preparing contract documents such as bid documents, contracts, contract amendments, contract extensions etc.
 Identifies the needed tasks to prepare proposals: Prepares the project program, design methodology and design approach and assists the proposal manager in the financial assessments including proposed man-hours per-project by preparation of the Organization Chart, and mater schedules plus reviewing and evaluating all bidding documents.

 Senior Architect: Participated in the architectural design, including coordination with other engineering disciplines, and preparation of specifications and other technical design documents, for the following projects:
 Coordinator between Dar Al Handasah Beirut and Perkins and Will P&W Los Angeles California Vancouver Canada BUSBY P&W and Florida Miami.

Projects:
 Yafour Hospital Project, Syria. Detailed design and supervision of construction for a healthcare facility with a total built-up area of 120, 000 m², designed & coordinated in Miami Florida- Candidate Information Form (H3ME-902-FM3)H3ME-902-FM3H3ME-902-FM3 July 5, 2012
 Department of Information Technology Building, Iraq. Design and tender documents for a 6- storey main building, consisting of two basement levels for a data centre and ID card operations. Site area: 10, 126 m². Built-up area: 9, 536 m².
 Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNBAU) - Building Works, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design (according to LEED requirements-12 registrations), tender documents, and supervision of construction for all buildings, infrastructure utilities, landscaped areas and internal road networks related to an educational complex with a total built-up area of 2.8 million m², including 8 academic colleges, 6 health sciences colleges, 2 medical research laboratories, 600-bed hospital, central library, administration building, ceremonial piazza, housing units for 11, 000 single students, 400 villas for senior staff housing, 1, 400 apartments for junior staff housing, sports facilities, 2 stadiums for 12, 000 students and 10, 000 visitors, mosques and central utility plants.
 Alvalade Residence, Angola. Detailed design for a residential complex consisting of a commercial podium topped by 2 apartment towers, and including basement levels for car-parking and services.
 Garden Tower, Angola. Detailed design for a residential complex consisting of a commercial podium topped by 2 apartment towers, and including basement levels for car-parking and services in addition to a technical level between the podium and towers.
 Facilities and Infrastructure Works at Dubai World Central, United Arab Emirates. Design and supervision of construction for the Aviation City and Dubai Logistics City (DLC) Phase III site grading works in addition to other project components for the DLC, Residential City, Aviation City, Air-show 2009, and Humanitarian City.
 Dubai World Trade Centre - Dubai Exhibition World, United Arab Emirates. Design and supervision of construction for the “LEED-certified” new Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) Exhibition and Hospitality Facility located at Dubai World Central, comprising, for Phase 1 built-up area: 220, 000 m². The complex is governed by elaborate automation and building management systems.
 Kurdistan Gate Twin Towers, Iraq. Design and tender documents for two 19-storey towers resting on a 2-storey base podium with a footprint of 10, 000 m² accommodating a shopping mall. One of the towers is an office building while the other accommodates furnished apartments and a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 150 guestrooms. Total site area: 40, 000 m². Gross built-up area: 84, 000 m².
 American University of Iraq at Sulaimani - Master Plan, Presidency Building and Quad One Buildings, Iraq. Master plan, detailed design, tender documents, tendering services for a total site area of 25 ha with a total student enrolment of 5, 000. The overall project in Phase 1 for a total built-up area: 88, 070m².

2006-2007: With TETCO-TBM Contractors and Arabian Construction Co. (ACC), Beirut, Lebanon, Architect on the 40-storey Platinum Tower Project, Beirut Central District, Lebanon. Main tasks: Coordinating project ac - trinities' between the main Contractor and the subcontractor.
- Planning all finishing works in coordination with the main Architect.
- Daily follow-up on site architectural finishing activities.
- Handling project correspondences.
- Handling quality control, quantity surveying and quantities take-off activities.
