• Facilitate and support selected partners in the formulation n of annual plan, budgeting, implementation of plan and Child Survival Program in collaboration with DHO/DPHO and other stockholders. Assist in design partnership modality in line with mission and at the community level and assisted in effective implementation through NGOs, CBOs, HFMC, FCHV coordination committee and Mother Groups.
• Identify training need assessment in collaboration with NGOs/ DHO/DPHO and Provide training /orientation/ exposure to stockholders and partners' staffs.
• Assist to identify advocacy issues in the project area and assist partners in implementation of the advocacy plan.
Contribute in advancing programmatic shift through effective implementation of strategic direction.
• Compile project database and prepare action plan, implement, prepare report and disseminate the finding to project team.
• Identify and prepare case studies report, thematic and anecdotes.
Monitoring and evaluation of partnership activities and CS program
• Conduct regular joint monitoring of supported activities in District.
• Document partnership process, promising practices impact and learning and disseminate the findings at various forums.
• Carried out of overall partnership and office management in District.
Coordination and liaison with stakeholders
• Prepare/update institutional mapping for wider coordination and Co-ordinate with local governments, district based line agencies and other Partners organization /CBOs
• Represent different coordination meeting, forum and share/exchange ideas and experience as necessary.
• Assist CS partners' in building linkage with donors and, networks, organizations with government counterpart in field level too.
