• Develops long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company's mission statement.
• Setting up distribution channels in new territories including but not limited to evaluating sub-distributors, negotiating freight contracts and creating international client policies.
• Reporting to executive director and chief operating officer.
• Review progress as compared to budget with the team quarterly.
• Evaluating and approving all expenditures and purchasing orders according to budget, policies and quality.
• Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for brands launch.
• Communicating with suppliers partners and sponsor and ensure that their needs are met.
• Assist the board in formulating policies and provide all facts needed for board decision making.
• Assist in recruitment and placement of required staff; establishment of organizational structure;
