Headed an SBU of the Tower group in Nigeria comprising 4 companies, 2 aluminium extrusion companies, a flexible packaging company, and an IT services company. Turned around the flexible packaging company and IT company, and improved EBITDA of the extrusion companies from N 300 million in 2011 to 600 million in 2012 and 2013.
Worked pro bono as Chief Executive Officer of a charitable eye care institution. We performed over 25000 free cataract surgeries, and won the FICCI award for best pediatric health care in 2010.
Restructured the company in a few months, and brought it out of a loss making situation, and out of BIFR (Bureau of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction).
Grew the SBU of the company from INR 370 million to INR 7 billion in 3 years, including international acquisitions. Also headed Corporate Human Relations for the group.
Led a large volume parenteral manufacturing operation. Brought it up to USFDA compliance levels, and increased output from 45 million to 65 million units per annum.

Completed Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from one of the most prestigious institutes in India. Also have a 3TP certification from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
