Responsibilities:
 Decide whether the package can be sequenced or not and if sequencing is not feasible, proceeding with MSI packaging.
 Interacting with the client for solving issues occurred during Sequencing/packaging.
 To ensure that the package complies with all client Standards
 Analyzing legacy setups and repackaging them to create windows installer packages.
 Creating transforms for customizing existing windows installer packages
 Customizing MSI & MST as per client standards.
 Testing of application deployment.(SCCM)
 Ensured quality analysis to check whether all the application is packaged as per standards

 Planning and Deploying New Exchange Organization\Servers which would be running below version of Exchange Servers, and troubleshooting new installation failures\issues
 Upgrading the existing Exchange organizations
 Cross Forest Migration Migrating user accounts using ADMT and moving mailboxes to the new Exchange Organization.
 Migrating public folder from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013
 Recovering the Server and Data in case of disasters using disaster recovery switches (E2003) and Recover server (E2007\E2010\Exchange 2013).
 Database troubleshooting includes recovery and repair using Eseutil\isinteg cmds, restoring database from backup and Database Availability Group-DAG on E2010 Servers
 Installing and configuring and troubleshooting Exchange on Clustered environment (High Availability).
 Troubleshooting backup and restore issue includes NTbackup on E2003, and VSS on E2007 and E2010 servers.
Performance Issue
 Identifying the cause of performance issue using ExBPA, ExTRA, ExMON, Performance, diagnosing hardware health\Issues using Servers Vendor tools.
 Checking the Network or Clients for any performance issue depends on issue scope and scenario
Troubleshooting Public folders
 Permission issues and Public folder connectivity issue from Outlook\OWA clients
Troubleshooting public folder replication issue
 Replicating Public Folders from existing to the new Servers (same version of Exchange or Mixed environment | In the scenario of upgrade)
 Trouble shooting GAL, OAB generation and distribution issues on all version of exchange server
 Configuring Mail flow and Troubleshooting the Mail flow issues
 Configure\troubleshoot Mail flow between Servers\Organization
 Configuring Exchange Routing Groups and Routing Group Connectors in E2003\mixed organizations
Installing and configuring Anti-Spam, Anti-virus and transport rules
 Installing and configuring IMF with E2003
 Installing and configuring Anti-span Agents with E2007\E2010
Troubleshooting various Exchange Servers clients
 Outlook (OL 2010\2007\2003\2000) profile configuration and connectivity issues
 Outlook Anywhere (RPC over http\https) profile configuration and connectivity issues
 Active Sync; mobile device configuration and sync issues
 OWA connectivity and authentication issues
 POP3 and IMAP clients; profile configuration and connectivity issue
 Upgrading the server to the latest Service Packs and Update Rollups and troubleshooting and fixing failed updates.
