Operationally lead, control and being accountable for all Sales and Distribution teams. To be a tactical leader for the reporting distribution teams, proactively anticipating market and competition trends and take new/market changer initiatives in order to attain circle business objective on all 3 product line viz., Voice/Data/Smart Phone.
Being responsible for building the data business in the circle across all verticals. Additionally, was responsible for setting up the Enterprise business from the scratch including building up the teams and Channels.
To manage wire line broadband business operations profitably in the Cluster (AP) through achievement of targeted subscribers, gross revenue, revenue market share, customer market share and business objectives by ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, adherence to processes and quality standards that are implemented on the field through a motivated and engaged team that is committed to delivering best-in-class customer service.
Based out of Bangalore managing Zonal Operations for wire line broadband business, primarily responsible for driving business thru various segments, devising and implementing “go-to-market” strategies, achieving the Revenue and Nett add targets, Additionally was responsible for Customer Service Delivery, Customer Retention, Collection, and Network Processes.
Responsible for managing Sales and Service operations for Mangalore Zone. The responsibilities included meeting up with Gross add targets, penetration in to SME accounts, Customer retention and overall revenue growth.
To manage the branch operations for GSM business based out of Madurai covering South Tamilnadu. Deliver the top line targets on Post paid and Prepaid acquisitions thru channels and ensuring achieving the desired market share for various towns along with achieving the AOP revenue targets.
Joined the company as a front line sales man being responsible for sales thru dealer network. Performed various roles in the initial 5 years before taking up the role of a Project Member with Mckinsey&Co. Later moved on to become District Manager with the prime responsibilities to manage a branch office, dealer management and ensuring audit compliance in terms of branch operations.
