 Review the Variation Orders submitted by the Contractor, cost evaluation and recommendation report to Client for approval.
 Review and Certify Payment applications and obtain approval of Payment certificates from Client in a timely manner. Prepare Schedule of Interim Monthly Statements.
 Manage and advise the Client to avoid any Financial Impacts/ Delays by the Contractor.
 Review Trend Notices in accordance with conditions of Contract and advise Client impartially.
 Coordinate with Clients, International Consultants and Contractors in implementing Professional
 Business Strategies I Change Management
 Avoid Claims & Dispute.
 Main Contracts administration including the project activities in line with the
Contract documents and early warning of Potential Contractual concerns to the Project Team.

 Handle all day-to-day contractual, commercial correspondences to Client, with Company and Subcontractors in close coordination with site construction teams such as Engineering, Construction, Quality & Planning
 Monitoring, measuring and reporting (with appropriate commentary) on the cost position of the project against the budgets .
 Preparation of Estimations, Costing& Price analysis. Claims and final settlements of Main Contract aswell as Subcontracts.
 Hands on experience in pre & post contract administration.
Preparation, submission, negotiation and getting approval of payment applications with Client/Engineer
Certification of Subcontractors payment application

Organize Quantity Surveying and Manage Subcontractors Develop project invoicing
procedures and ensure system be followed in all payment processes.
 Project cash flow management (Budgeting, Invoicing and Cost control).
 Preparation of Estimations, Costing& Price analysis.
 Comparative statements for completed works with original estimates. Final settlement of
project payments including preparation of project close out reports.
 Claims and final settlements of Subcontract agreements

Coordination with team of quantity surveyors and re-measuring the BOQs as per site
physical progress.
 Preparation of Contractor’s interim Payment application, reporting of site progress,
Materials at site & manpower and further negotiations with the Consultant / Client to
finalize the Payment.
 Certification of Sub contractor’s invoices and back-to-back payments to Subcontractors and
maintaining invoice logs with up to date billing details to ensure cost controlling.
 Evaluation of Subcontract Variation Proposals / Claims including standby costs submitted by
the Subcontractors.
 Evaluation of site work instructions (SWI) and Variation orders issued by client.
 Interacting with the sub contractors and project management teams at site for smooth
execution of the contract and resolving all the contractual disputes.
 Participate in all site progress review meetings with Consultant, Client and Subcontractors
and raise concerns on any contractual deviations in execution of the project.
 Assist construction teams in preparation and issuing Site Instructions, Technical Work
Instructions to Subcontractors in line with terms and conditions of main contract /
subcontract.
 Ensure all Legal, Insurance, Performance guarantees, and BG requirements are met as per
the contract / subcontracts and maintain all the documents per contractual requirements.
 Periodic reporting on performance of main Contract & Subcontracts to the Project Director.
 Final settlement of project payments including preparation of project close out reports
