Lead Process Engineer for various feasibility studies, FEED and PMC services of upstream and downstream oil and gas projects.
Responsible for complete process engineering activities of proposals, FEED and EPC oil and gas projects
Worked as a Senior Process Engineer for FEED and EPC phases of LNG projects.
Worked on Natural gas feed treatment (H2S removal by Amine absorption), Hydrogen Production (Seam reforming, CO shift conversion and PSA Hydrogen Systems) and Compression units. Responsible for following activities:
•FEED package verification by performing equipment sizing calculations, Line sizing and pump hydraulics.
•Updating PFD’s, H&MB Tables, P&ID’s, MSD’s
•Implementing design change notes from FEED phase.
•Equipment data sheets, control narratives, C&E diagrams.
•HAZOP review and close-out.
•Vendor proposals/documents review.
•Developing Start-Up procedures & Operating manuals for the Units.
Process Engineer in Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas Projects Development Group. Worked on Upstream Gas field development projects.
Experience in Process Engineering including Development of Basis for Design, PFD’s, /H&MB Tables, P&ID’s, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Narratives, IPFN, Pump & Line Hydraulics Calculations, Equipment Selection & Sizing, Data Sheet preparation for Equipment & Packages, Relief System Design including Relief Load estimation, Safeguarding Memorandum, Flare Network Sizing, Developing Operating manuals, Vendor proposal review etc. Proficiency in using simulation software: HYSYS, PIPESIM, FLARENET, PIPE PHASE, INPLANT, PALS (Line and Pump Hydraulics
