1. Prepare inspection reports with inspection notifications and work orders.
2. Prepare daily plan reports.

4. Prepare shutdowns scope.
5. Follow up store consumption.

-Performed FAT test at ABB Factory in Germany for mechanism HMB04 of 66 Kv switchgear including:

*Tourah Cement plant (From 01/2014 till 10/2017) as electrical workshop section head with the following basic responsibilities:
*Safety first is my priority.
-Safety inspection reports, Near miss reports, unsafe condition reports, Safety talks reports, I-take 5 reports, corrective action reports and action plan reports.
-Regular safe work permits, Work at height permits, hot work permits, Confined space work permits and Lock out/tag out procedures (as I'm loto responsible and job crew leader).
-Following up and responding to PM department reports and recommendations by corrective actions and action plans.
*Electrical workshop responsibilities:
-LV/MV Motors maintenance (Mechanically and electrically)(Stator, Rotor, Bearing, Bearing housing, Rotor lamination, Conductor bar, Shaft, Frame, Base, Mounting holes, Cooling fan, Cooling fan cover, Conduit box, Winding, .).
-LV motors rewinding and repair workshop.
-LV/MV motors alignment.
-Preparation (Boxes, Panels, Bus-bars, Cables pulling).
-LV/HT transformers (status, Maintenance, Oil filtration, Cooling and troubleshooting) following up by certain routine job and projects.
-lighting repairing and maintenance (indoor and outdoor).
-Two diesel generators (status, Maintenance and troubleshooting) following up by certain routine job and projects.
-A/C in substation and CCR (status, Maintenance and troubleshooting) following up by certain routine job and projects.
-Electrical cranes (status, Maintenance and troubleshooting) following up by certain routine job and projects.
-Following up spare parts.
-Following up new projects and revamping and upgrading in plant utilities (Service air & Water), Areas and substations.

- Site Survey at MEFTAH Cement Plant in Algeria including:
*Take motors data from motors installed actually in site.
*Take data from power panels feeding motors (MCC).
*Take data from control and auxiliaries panels (ACC).
*Take data from local control panels.
*Lead for group of technicians and workers.
