- Tenders Preparation.
- Presenting and promoting the company's products and Services within assigned named accounts.
- Consultation of the customer need and preparation the requests of the tenders.
- Protect the deals with the suppliers.
- Plan sales activities within assigned named accounts to achieve targeted sales & revenue figures.
- Create & respond to new business opportunities from existing customers and new accounts to build a strong pipeline.
- Liaising between the different internal departments to meet customers’ requirements.
- Acts as a liaison between internal customers and outsource vendors regarding development and implementation.
- Generate new quotations and proposals.
- Maintaining customer relationships at all levels.
- Lead regular negotiations with the customers to ensure the customers’ requirements are on the right track to reach the final goal.

- Technical and financial proposals preparation.
- Management the clients’ relationship and satisfaction. Management the co-ordination between the company and hardware suppliers, third party and partner.
- Making the current and future business plan.
- Making the business plan for outside market.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Review win/loss proposals periodically and participate in regular meetings with account manager.
- Follow up the achievements against the planed and reasons of deviation.
