definition and planning through execution and formal closeout.

quality control, and formal handover to supervising authorities.
• Submitted and managed project documentation through the Etimad Platform, including tender packages for projects valued
up to SAR 62.2 million.
• Liaised with Riyadh Municipality on approvals, contractual compliance, and technical coordination, and worked with
supervision teams and municipal representatives to resolve contractual and technical issues during execution.

• Delivered integrated infrastructure projects covering stormwater drainage and flood-protection works.
• Led site handover, baseline-schedule preparation, construction-drawing production, and full execution management for
multiple concurrent projects.
• Managed retaining walls, stone and concrete cladding, and concrete-pipe works.
• Prepared quantity take-offs, reconciled quantities against schedules of rates, and prepared interim payment certificates.
