Responsible for managing and executing all the project activities within the operations zone of the company for all shore, near-shore, and offshore-related foundation testing services.
Managed 5 projects with an average budget of $1 million.
Techno-commercial proposals for bidding / tendering with focused negotiating skills for profitability.
Responsible for project financial & commercial services for a smooth run with timely invoicing.
Performing deep foundation testing services (bi-directional, traditional axial and lateral static load tests, high strain dynamic load test, fiber optics monitoring and foundation integrity tests (CHSL and PIT).
Negotiated contracts with vendors resulting cost-benefit of 15% on procurements.
Preparation of method statements, technical documents, engineering templates, project management plans, project schedules, project cost sheets, responsibility matrix, progress reports, summary reports, and technical documents based on the work progress.
Analysis and reporting of foundation tests.
Resources management, procurement and shipping process for project requirements.
Performing job hazard assessments and risk matrix.
Implementation and continuous improvement of Client Relationship Management.
Designed temporary works (strut and waler connections as temporary supports installed during underground excavation, the slurry wall for TBM initial drive, sump for TBM operations, soft eye panels for TBM breaking, cage lifting setup for stanchions & barrettes).
Reviewed and validated the foundation design (diaphragm wall, barrette, piles, and stanchions) for the underground station box provided by the design consultant.
Reviewed and validated the foundation design (pile foundation, raft foundation, box culvert, pipe culvert) for all the structural components provided by the design consultant.
Interpreted and validated the Osterberg Cell (O-Cell) test reports, lateral test reports, static test reports, high strain dynamic test reports, pile integrity, and cross-hole sonic logging reports.
Prepared method statements and relevant technical documents.
Executed the works of each layer of pavement construction and ensured the required levels were met.
Conducted on-field tests for field density and CBR with weekly and monthly reports.
Inspected and tested materials for the construction work and assured that it was done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, and bills of quantities.
Live project: “Performance Evaluation of Gravel roads sealed with Surface Dressing and OGPC”. Designed the RUNWAY MIX DESIGN of Rajahmundry Airport for the Airport Authority of India during the master’s program. Volunteered at FPD 2012 International level workshop at NIT Warangal.
Project: “A Study on Rice Husk Ash as Partial Replacement of Cement”. Presented technical papers in national level competitions at JNTU Anantapur, VASAVI Engineering College, and VNR Engineering College in 2009.
