Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained.
Preparation of Audit plans and Training plans for the Project.
Coordinate for the Internal/External quality audits and follow-up audits and distribution of audit report.
Conducting external audits on Contractor on a three-months rolling program.
Conducting audits of third-party laboratories and supplier factories
Analyzing and monitoring the performance on KPIs identified in coordination with GEC teams to archive.
Coordinate and verified with the document control register the status of all relevant documents and latest version / reversion.
Review Contractor’s Method Statements & ITPs.
Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the Contractor.
To be vigilant and advise on the site and pick-up deficiencies, faults, non-compliance of any work on the job site, to report his finding immediately to the concerned personnel and initiate to correct the work as per the project Specification requirements.
During the site visits in case of any non-conformity identified in the verification &inspection addressed as NCR/CAR/Quality alerts to the contractor.
Review and acceptance of contractor’s proposal of remedial/corrective action for of NCR/CARs as well as area of improvements.
Analyze the effectiveness of corrective actions taken on CARs and NCRs for its closer in coordination with the Quality manager.
Reviews and identify whether the non-compliances observed require follow-up or special audits, based on the nature of the non-compliance and its impact on the effectiveness of the PQP and Quality Management System.
Identify the training requirements and coordinate with the Quality manager for fulfilling the training requirements on the aspects of quality assurance and control activities.
Preparing Monthly NCR report and NCR log to update NCRs, CAR register and monitoring of the corrective and actions for Close out.
Review and compilation of QSD NCRs to submission to the RPD/QSD in timely manner.
Arrange for and chair quality related meetings with Contractors, Subcontractors and Material Suppliers to define the action required for follow-up and issue the meeting minutes
In case of any change/improvements are required for documents user feedbacks need to be raised and same shall be forwarded to Quality manager.
Documents shall be distributed as per the Document Distribution Matrix.
Quality records that shall be generated, as applicable during the execution of the project as identified in the PQP.
Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan, manage preparation and implementation of Quality Control Requirement manuals and implementing procedures with the GEC team
Coordinate GEC team in processing the submittals of Quality Assurance/ Quality Documents.
Monthly quality deliverables like Updated NCR log, Monthly quality report, Quality improvement check list, Project quality objectives, site surveillance quality walk report, QA/QC questionnaire, 4 weekly meeting report, quality audit report-Manufacturer/supplier, contractors KPI monthly submission through APMS & Training.
Quarterly quality deliverables like QSD-NCR-KPI analysis, client satisfaction matrix -QMS, Contractors quality performance and improvement plan
Reporting to core Team QA/QC Manager in line with PWA-RPD quality specialist
Projects : Position is oversees the QA/QC functions for various roads &
highways, infrastructure projects. Some of the key road projects
handled are as follows:
•New orbital highway truck route Pakage-02
•Road &infrastructures in west Al Meshaf
Responsibilities :
•Responsible for effective QMS implementation in the Site & plants and also pre-qualification documents preparation.
•Reviewing project technical specifications and drawings to identity and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials.
•Preparation of material approval submittals in line with the contract requirements.
•Coordinating with the Consultants for the inspection and testing of the materials at appropriate stages of work as per the contract requirements.
•Coordinating with the third party laboratory for the various on-site and laboratory tests on materials.
•Responsible to ensure that all the laboratory and field tests are performed as per the specified frequency and coordination with the Consultants for the approval on various stages of work.
•Maintaining direct contact with the execution team to answer questions regarding materials and/or seek clarification of testing to be performed by the laboratory.

•Ensure all pertinent records identified in the FPCQP are compiled and maintained during the operational period of the HMP as specified in Quality System Procedures control of records.
•Maintain calibration records for all Monitoring & Measuring Devices used in the plant.
•Review& verification all calibration certificates for adequacy, legibility and correctness of the same.
•Coordinate Internal / External Quality Audits.
•Issue & review of NCRs.
•Analyses corrective actions taken on non-conformances.
•Verify effectiveness of action taken on the non-conformances.
•Action and closing of all NCR reported.
•Verify &ensure all the monitoring &measuring devices are compiled and valid calibration for all the devices used in the HMP.
•Identify & coordinate quality related in-house / external training.
•Any other responsibility assigned from time to time
DUALIZATION OF JABRIN - IBRI ROAD
Construction of Asphalt Road from Dhank -Alkhubayb
Responsibilities :
•Coordinate and ensure process with project team at all stages is carried out as per the PQP, contract requirement and quality management system requirement.
•If required, new QA/QC procedures, work instructions and QC plans shall be prepared and issued as per the MSP.
•In case of any change/improvements are required for documents user feedbacks need to be raised and same shall be forwarded to QHSE system unit.
•Documents shall be distributed as per the Document Distribution Matrix.
•Quality records that shall be generated, as applicable during the execution of the project as identified in the PQP.
•Verification works shall be carried out in coordinate with the discipline engineer /supervisors as per the system requirements.
• Inspection and test requirements shall be carried out as identified in the QA/QC procedures, QC plans/Contract specification and same record shall be maintained.
•Ensure and control maintenance of calibration records for MME for the project by the focal point.
• Analyzing and monitoring the performance on KRAs/KPIs identified in coordination with PM.
• During the site visits in case of any Non-conformity identified in the verification &inspection addressed as NCR.
•Verify individual functions store, plant, document controller, QS, IT and assist the materials engineer store keeper for carrying out the receiving inspection of the materials as and when required.
•Liaises with subcontractors personal and review and approve their quality records in coordination for the Sr.Manager (QA/QC).
•Preparing Monthly NCR report and forwarded to VP QHSE.
•Coordinating and conducting monthly quality meeting in the project and reports forwarded to VP QHSE first week of every month.
•Preparing four monthly analysis reports and forward to the concerned Unit head for review and approval and same shall be forwarded Vice president QHSE.
•Coordinate with the quality system unit, Head office through the Sr. Manager QA/QC for implementation of the QMS.
•Coordinate for the Internal/External quality audits and follow-up audits and distribution of audit report.
•Analyze the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions taken on CARs and NCRs in coordination with the Project manager.
•Identify the training requirements and coordinate with the QHSE unit for fulfilling the training requirements.
•Compliances maintain records of inspection and test pack need to prepare and submit to HO as per the System requirements.
