• Working as Architect with 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years into Data Analytics practices using Tableau, Sisense, SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, with different data input channels like Sql Server, Oracle, .CSV, Excel, Hive, HDFS.
• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
• Directs and supports the project teams in the use of the selected tools and architectures, providing continuity and consistency across projects.
• Markets and sells the BI Program to the stake holders with respective ROI.
• Establishes training programs for the business users.
• Worked on POCs using Sisense trial version.
• Extensive experience working with Tableau Software as a developer including Site Administration.

• Good experience in Dimensional Modeling from Business process to Grain level, by using Schemas like Star and Snowflake.
• Good experience in designing ETLs with Dot Net technologies from data sources like Mainframes, XML, Siebel.
• Lead for Enterprise data analytics, from data gathering with Hadoop to report generation using Tableau. Integrated Big data Ecosystem like HDFS, Sqoop, and Hive to process and analyze data from Multi-channels.
• Tableau & SSRS integration with SharePoint.
• Worked as a solution designer for N-tier applications using SharePoint 2010/2007/2010, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, .Net, C#, AJAX, SQL Server 2012.
• Provided no-code solutions to the clients using SP 2013/2010, Quest Web parts, Bamboo Web parts & InfoPath considering client budget and short time lines.
• Having very good experience working with clients directly, which gave the ability to understand their problems & bottlenecks and provide solutions accordingly.
• Worked as Onsite coordinator (US) for CSC and Hitachi.
• Proven experience in Requirements Gathering, Software Development, Overseas Client Engagement, Project Transitions and Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent analytical, logical, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
