Amazon Inc., a Fortune 500 company which provides seller and buyer a world class E- Commerce platform. Accounts receivable is the total amount of money due to Amazon, for products or services provided. AR team in Amazon raises invoices to the customers against the products or services provided.
Roles and Responsibilties:
•Processing Billing Imports for all EU and NA Countries and Invoicing Gift Certificate, Advertisement and Liquidations.
•Creating the manual invoices US AMZ Advertising and AMZ Marketing services.
•Handling the “Amazon Web Services” monthly billing activity and monitoring the scheduled request set for 24 hours on month ends and creating the manual invoices for the same which missed out in the automated billing.
•Creating AWS Manual invoices for all global countries (26 countries) on daily basis.
•Working on Long term testing project “Central European Expansion” on rectifying VAT issues to vendor in the European countries
•Processing Invoices in Oracle, Conducting Audits of Invoicing activities and Preparing and updating SOPs.
•Training the new hires such that they are productive in the shortest possible time frame
•Comfortable interacting with the cross-functional stake-holders
•Hands on experience in Performance Testing.
•Transitioned New Projects for Manual billing activities for Poland and Czech Republic.
•Preparing monthly metrics, productivity report and submitting to the Incountry business teams and Senior leadership team
ACHEIVEMENTS:
•Received 2 quarterly Pinnacle awards in recognition of achieving the high productivity with quality in the all activities assigned to me.
•Received e-recognitions from the stake holders for performing UAT.
•Given two JDI’s (Value Adds) for elimination of manual work and enhancing the process from payback rejections
