Responsibilities include comprehensive consultancy services such as Identifying possible business opportunities, Analyzing prospects, Evaluating Strategies, Organizing business meetings, Liaising with government & regulatory authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, etc. for licenses and approvals, Registration of new companies, Local sponsorship, Key Personnel recruitment, Assistance in forming Joint Ventures, Facilitating international companies to set up their presence in the UAE by identifying suitable local affiliates, Obtaining initial licenses and approvals, advice on statutory compliance, Advice on Key Project Management techniques (Project concepts, Project Planning and Performance Monitoring), Procurement of materials, Identifying appropriate vendors / professionals that include - Landscaping & Pool contractors, Lighting designers & suppliers, Interior designers, Interior fit-out companies, MEP consultants/contractors, Architects and Engineers, etc.
Managed all the projects including functions such as Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Operations. Led a team of 100 staff members at the Head Office and 80 staff members at site. The Projects included Commercial and Residential buildings, Villas, Schools, Malls and Warehouses. Responsibilities included handling of day-to-day operations of HR, Subcontractors, Financial Institutions and Suppliers. Co-ordinated and Liaised with Clients and Consultants and Government authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, etc. Oversaw the various functions of the QA/QC and HSE departments. Prepared and followed up on Monthly Invoices. Furthermore, handled the operations in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Managing all projects for Dubai aluminium company (DUBAL) and Emirates aluminium company (EMAL). Projects include fabrication and erection of gas treatment ducts valuing 50 million, Brine pump crane with rails, Tool crib plant structure modification, Ship suction unloader structure and platforms in Dock, Painting of gas skids. New FTP structure with silos, Alumina tanker shed. Also in charge of steel fabrication workshop having a capacity to produce 600 tons a month inside JAFZA.
