Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understanding the recruitment strategy for each requirement and select the suitable channel of recruitment
• Sourcing resumes from various job portals and mass mailing
• Conducting initial screening of candidates to assess relevant experience, qualification, & expertise required
• Short listing and sharing candidate's profiles with the hiring managers
• Scheduling candidates for the interview
• Follow-up for the interview process
• Coordinating with Technical & HR Panel for conducting interviews
• Give feedback to the candidates after their interview
• Updating the smart tracker.
• Uploading candidate details in People Soft to maintain the database
