Managers spare Parts Dec 2016 to Feb 2020

Area of focus-Construction Equipment Division, Spare Parts operations. Sales, Marketing, product development.

• Responsible for leading the parts dept. team from the front, review team performance, train and educate the sales engineers on methods to minimize order loss.
• Responsible for working closely with principles in planning, forecasting and negotiating for timely availability and supply of parts Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence, responsible for analyzing current inventory, focus on time inventory purchases, spot checking to ensure actual inventory coincides with computerized inventory .
• Coordinate with inventory team to maintain minimum inventory levels & identify slow moving parts and strategize on their liquidation Oversea sales operations and branch activities to ensure smooth sales outcome.
• Review monthly sales/profit performance to ensure and improve profitability.
