operational improvements and deliver business values. Partnered with clients to conduct workshops & assessments to
determine the need for new technologies and system enhancements. Interact with internal technical and business
leadership teams to establish roadmaps and short- & long-term technology plans.
Provide pre-sales advisory to prospective clients, discussing and finalizing the architecture & the Solutions to support
their business requirements. The range of consulting services includes IT Strategy & Digital Transformation, Information
Security & Technology Risk Management and Technology Solutions Implementations

Part of the senior management team charged with providing complete oversight of IT Consulting Services and Provided
end-to-end IT Infrastructure and Information Security consulting services to clients globally. Started new business lines like
Remote IT Infrastructure and Security Management as a service and turned around the revenue.
Designed & implemented 15+ enterprise-class IT Infrastructure projects with security as a business case and played
advisory & oversight role in BCP / DR projects for many clients in the Middle East and Africa.
