Allocate repair and service jobs to technicians.
Monitor vehicle repair quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure safety procedures and workshop discipline.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
Check job cards and customer complaints.
Support diagnosis of vehicle issues and verify repairs before delivery.
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles such as Ashok Leyland Bada Dost and other Ashok Leyland trucks.
Diesel engine, electrical, and diagnostic knowledge.
Team management and communication skills.
Workshop operations and customer handling experience
Typical qualifications are ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with workshop experience.
