 Monitoring internet connection managing bandwidth allocation on internet sharing server
 Troubleshooting hardware & software problems of users
 Liaise directly with Telecom service providers for any new subscriptions or connection issues. System implementation, reports & conduct technology training
 Maintaining inventory record of IT resources tracking tickets raised by users
 Backup, restore and support Outlook, ERP Applications (OrangeHRM, Alfresco, KPI and SharePoint)
 Overall management of IT Infrastructure Operations and services

Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment
 Manage and monitoring Cisco 2600 and 3600 series routers and Switches
 Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating systems patches and software
upgrades, Backup, Configuring Printers, Scanners and routine hardware configuration
 Manage internet, user accounts, permission, email, anti-virus, anti-spam
 Updating security programs and frequent changing of password
 Customizes networks to meet client’s needs

Provides technical support for customers; diagnoses technical problem, researches and
identifies appropriate solutions
 Maintains contact with clients to ensure quality level of support, interacts with users in
non-technical, clear terms
 Install education software, hardware and other technical equipment, adapt to changes in
technology
 Provides technical assistance to customers, application training company products and
onsite support
 Co-ordinate with sales team for pre-sale technical demonstrations

 Maintained computers, installed operating systems and programs on the computers and reassembled computer hardware device
 Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Troubleshooting any reported problems in remote area and performing backups
 Basic network configuration, Computer assembling, troubleshooting
