-Financial reporting and assist in preparing quarterly/yearly management report for HO & group
-Annual budget planning (General ledger & IT Project budgeting, variance analysis & Interpretations)
-Fixed asset management (WIP, acquisition, disposal, depreciation & system analyzing, reconciliation specially for network, infrastructure, IT projects, General fixed assets and FA schedules & reports)
-Accounts payable mgt.(Validating & processing of average 800 multi-currencies invoices per month)
-Accounts receivable mgt (Prepare invoices, DN/CN, prepare ageing report, follow up and coordinate with client and agencies for prompt collections and increased AR turn over in the entity
-FTA-VAT accounts reconciliations and reporting
-Treasury management (Intercompany monthly disbursements & collections of O/S balances, Staff related collections & payments, banking, provident fund and rental income accounts reconciliations)
-Monitoring a chart of accounts, allocation of cost & expenses against to appropriate budgets/codes
-Supervising and controlling 23 agencies & subsidiaries’ current accounts and Intercompany accounts
-Analysis, recording & recharging all corporate level Travel expenses, Insurance (Life/Medical/Non-marine insurance), SLA charges, UAE visa, medical, port pass expenses
-Investigated & resolved accounting discrepancies & inquiries(AP, AR, GL, banks, projects & agencies)
-General ledger accounting (Expenses analysis, posting JV, accruals, prepayments, clearing suspense accounts & month end closing works) for HO and regional offices in Germany, Turkey and Singapore
-Prepare and maintain subsidiaries and associates company’s investment accounts, assisting in preparation of statutory group consolidated financial statements, and annual reports (Consolidation of 32 subsidiaries and associate company’s financial statements, bank balances, fixed assets, schedules) and present MIS reports to the management and internal & external auditors
-Coordinate with other inter-departments to work sensitively within a multicultural work force s
-Collaborated extensively with internal and external auditors during interim and yearend audit work
