Handling incidents and Requests using OTRS (Open-source Ticket Request System) Tool
* Managing Level 2 activities in Windows Network.
* Handling all configuration/escalation issues related to functioning of Windows Operating System either natively or on a
Virtual Machine instance.

* Assist in hardware installation and maintenance of workstations, servers
* Installation and setup of Windows Server 2003, Server 2008
* Installation and setup of Linux RHEL-5, Centos, Fedora, Ubuntu.
