Arranging drivers for airport pick and drop as per schedule
Arranging trailers, Hiab trucks to collect materials as per plan
Coordinating with client and arranging trailers, Hiab trucks for site equipment movement
Attending weekly meeting with client-Brunei Shell petroleum
Updating daily transport timesheet as per trip
Keeping track record of vehicle road tax, insurance & registration
Sending vehicles for inspection & applying for renewal of road tax & insurance
Keeping track record of STL compliance for vehicles
Preparing timesheet of drivers and operators
Issuing fuel slips to drivers & updating diesel consumption log
Receiving all copy of fuel slips, updating in spreadsheet and submitting to accounts department
Coordinating with supplier and sending vehicle to their workshop for repair/service
Preparing vehicle breakdown reports
Raising purchase request for materials.
Sending equipment/instruments for calibration
Preparing vehicle checklist, equipment service report.
Assigning mechanic to do service for due vehicles/equipment
Plan daily delivery routes and assign delivery tasks to delivery team
Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way for customer
Maintain proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration
Coordinate with warehouse on customers’ shipment/packing requirements
Liaising with customers on enquiries and delivery schedules
Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues
Ensure correct estimates in transport planning system
Meet on time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow-on discrepancies with suppliers and Customer Service
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation
Handle the invoicing sector
