• Participate in the preparation of the Outlet budget and goals with F&B Management team.
• Control stocks and reduce cost.
• Achieving the Outlet budget plan for the month by doing up selling and promotions.
• Understands and implements the key profit drivers for department.
• Recycles whatever possible.
Guest Experience .
• Controlling and analyzing on an ongoing basis the quality of service, guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Supervising, coordinating and directing the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant.
• Handling guest complain, and follow up of guests requests.
• Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirement and practices of restaurant.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service.
• Take care of reservation and private parties as assigned.
• Being attentive to guest and anticipate their needs.
• Take appropriate actions and to resolve the guest complaints.

• Supervising day to day function of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.
• Attends and contributes in F&B meetings/briefings.
• Control stock for daily use in the restaurant, to ensure service requirements are met.
• Complies with hotel‘s Heath, safety and hygiene policy.
• Assign task, set clear specific performance objectives, standard and accountability.
• Acts on behalf of restaurant manager.
• Conducts administrative work as required. Attendance records/ Duty roster/ Guest index/ Log book.
