Working as control and instrumentation Engineer
2. Co-Ordination of day to day general & shut down activities supported by technicians.
3. Carrying the PM checks as per the schedule
4. Trouble shooting and maintenance works in continuous process industry.
5. Good experience in review of engineering drawings such as P & I diagrams, System Architecture Diagrams, Wiring Drawings. Hook up Diagrams.
6. Hands on experience in maintenance of Magnetic Flow meters, Rota meter, Orifice Flow Meters, Mass flow meter.
7. Hands on experience in installation, Calibration and maintenance of Flush mounting level transmitters, Differential Pressure transmitters, and temp Transmitters.
8. Hands on experience in installation, calibration and maintenance of Control valves with both Electro-Pneumatic and Pneumatic Positioners.

12. Can able to calculate the LRV & URV for elevation and suppression type of dp type level transmitters.
13. Calibration and Maintenance of guided and non-guided wave radar level transmitter.
14. Calculation of LRV & URV for dp type flow transmitters.
15. Maintenance of pyrometers and flame scanners.
16. Hands on experience in the usage of hart communicator 375, temp feeder, and loop calibrator.
Handling and trouble shooting of all field instruments such as Pressure gauges,
Temperature gauges, Level gauges, RTD’s (PT100), Thermocouples, Pressure switches, Level
switches, Temperature switches, Limit switches, , Pneumatic & Hydraulic Power cylinders, ,
Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Position Transmitters,
Control valves, I/P converters, Pneumatic & Electro-pneumatic petitioners, Vibration.
* Having Operating knowledge of temperature parameter, and Loop calibrator.
* Maintaining store inventory for instruments & instruments procurement.
