My Responsibilities:

• Manage the projects from post tender stage to the completion of contract to the satisfaction of the customer within the contractual framework agreed.
• Perform complex engineering tasks, particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately related to the needs of the project.
• Present Tender Bid package, which includes bid basis, execution plan, summary of cost estimates and financial reports, ensuring with all necessary information to enable competitive pricing decisions.
• Performing BOQ checks, extracting the exact quantity of materials required as per the given model & specification to ensure proper estimation of tender.
• Review on enquiry document, scope of work, technical specifications and other contract related documents to plan for professional completion of project.
• Maintain project budgets and control costs to improve on all aspects of the project until its closure..
• Ensure the installation of Electrical Layouts accordance with DB Schedule and submit the progressive invoice.
• Inspection on CCTV, MATV, Telephone and FIRE ALARM Layouts accordance with NFPA Standards.
• Liaise with kaharamaa for the approval of MV Panel pre-commissioning REF test report and Knee point calculations to ensure that equipments are installed and functioning according to the specifications.
• Organize the substation inspection schedule and coordinate with kaharamaa for the approval of Transformers, MV Panel and internal electrical works.
• Erection and commissioning of equipments as per protocol and final documentation for handover of project.
• Ensure that project goals are planned, relevant project documentation is maintained and that the project is executed on time to the defined specification and to the defined quality.
• Maintain good relationships with the client, consultant, vendor and develop a professional team to establish the company as the contractor of choice.
