JOB RESPONSIBILITY
•Routine and non-routine offline vibration data collection and process parameters validation using CSI 2140 Emerson
•Analyze the equipment failure by using vibration spectrum technique & Time waveform
•Analysis and phase analysis and taking corrective action by given good recommendation
•Root cause failure Analysis for the Production critical equipment.
•Daily Monitoring in Quick Scan tool which we developed in PI to Excel for all Critical Machines.
•Daily Monitoring in Smart Connect. We checked in Shell Website for all Critical Machines.
•Performing plant startup trial and acceptance test for overhauled/maintenance equipment’s
•Preparation of preliminary reports and recommendations on machinery condition
AREA OF SKILLS
•Operations of Centrifugal & Reciprocating pump open Start up & shut down.
•Maintenance seal check, Cavitations, Suction & Discharge pressure check-up, pulsation chamber, Strainer operation coupling
•Lube pump operation, oil level maintenance, and vibration check.. Shaft vibration & Heat check-up, speed setting chemical dose pump operation, submersible pump operation, trouble shooting, etc
•Operations and Maintenance to single Pump and multistage Pumps. Experience in Dismantling and assembling of Pumps Replacing seal, Packing, Bearing etc
•Assembling and dismantling of pumps.
•Experience in maintenance of plunger pump chemical dosing pumps, gear pumps, Diaphragm pump
Fans & Blowers:
Having experience to change the blade angles, tip clearance, tracking clearance, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with driver. Bearing changing and vibration checking.
Gear Boxes:
Involved in overhauling, preventive and breakdown maintenance of gearbox. Changing bearing, oil seal, etc. Checking backlash, teeth contact and axial float
TURBINE MAINTENANCE:
Involved in overhauling of steam turbine, having experience in the rotor replacement. Bearing clearances checking. Changing journal bearing and thrust bearing. Labrynth seal changing. Rotor centring. Axial float checking, etc.
CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS:
Worked in Horizontal split multi stage and barrel type centrifugal Gas compressors.
Make: Dresser Rand, Nuovo Pignone & solar.
•Bundle removing from the casing and replacement.
•Dismantling and assembling of diaphragms.
•Bearing inspection and rotor centering.
•Lube oil and seal oil circuit auxiliaries PM and its trouble shooting.
Changing of floating seal assembly and catridge dry seal assembly
Pumps, Mechanical Seals and Alignment:
Preventive, breakdown and overhauling of pumps. Dismantling and assembling. Bearing and oil seals inspection and fixing with shafts. Handled both single & double, Internal & External type mechanical seals and gland rope packing.
Alignment of pumps with prime mover by the method of Rim & Face, Reversible method, Graphical method and Laser method Align.
Other Rotating Equipment’s:
Attended Maintenance works in Gearboxes, Agitators, Fin fan coolers, Cooling tower fans, Lobe blowers, ID and FD fans, Dosing pumps. Gearbox bearing inspection, Gear back clash checking. Fin fan PM activities, Bearing housing replacement, Blade angle checking and Hydro testing the Bundle.
Safety Equipment:
H2S monitor, gas detector, Familiar with all safety systems in the plant like Emergency shutdown, Fire & Gas Sirens, abandon Alarms, and well knowledge of using Dry Powder extinguisher, Co2 Extinguisher, Fire Foam, Fire hydrant, Desautel water Sprayer, Eye washer and Breathing apparatus etc…
