Financials:

• Ensure the inventory accuracy for monthly cycle count, quarterly physical verification (wall to wall count) and documentation for the same.
• System setup for proper inventory accounting transactions.
• Flash reporting on COPQ for monthly/quarterly/annually and driving it for achieving the target annual budget.
• Handled the SOI operations with SEZ compliance and preparation of all kind of reports.
• Excess and obsolescence for the inventory and identify the action plan for consume the inventory like other locations, replacement parts, adopting into the new products for consume the same.

Product and service costing
• Application of appropriate principles and techniques, like overhead allocation, marginal costing, break-even analysis and ABC, in order to establish the current and future costs of the organization’s products, services and activities.
• Identification of costs and revenues relating to specific business decisions, the introduction, amendment or deletion of a product or service; pricing, make or buy comparisons.

Statutory Audit:
• Involvement in the preparation of annual or interim financial statutory accounts, regulatory, or compliance information for the organization
• Finalization of accounts Inventory, Material cost reconciliation & cut off procedures
• Preparation of Notes to accounts, Form 3CD.
• Inventory valuation as per AS2 and working on E&O & NRV, quantitative analysis for the inventory movement as a whole.
• Identifying and explain the cost variance to Auditors, supporting on SOP for the process like purchase and sales.
• Preparation and review of other government financial returns like NFE reports (SEZ) and ITRP as per the US GAAP requirements.

Intra-group Accounts:
• Ensure the Standard operating process (SOP) followed in the invoice process and compliance with SEZ procedures for sales and purchases.
• Same with Interco team and identify the transfer pricing issues and fixing the same.
• Maintain the good aging with AP/AR and prepare monthly payout details and compliance with bank procedures of payment process.

MIS & Budgeting:
• Dash board on inventory, sales and purchase of RM & Consumables monthly/quarterly.
• Driving the action plans for the monthly operations review meeting.
• Conversion cost verification and drive to achieve the same.
• Working with other department to develop the corporate budgets and forecast.
• Preparation of non-routine reports that analyze and interpret financial/numerical data.

Legal & Statutory:
• Comply with SEZ regulatory information for quarterly returns for investments and operation details
• Monthly VAT return information and working for VAT refund.
• Ensure the proper approval from SEZ and management for scrapping approval and comply with the process and disposals.

Fixed Asset Management:
• Introducing the new method of asset management and tracing the asset movements.
• Maintaining the compliance related documents and implementing periodical asset retirement procedures.

Export & Import:
• Internal Audit for the process verification for the export and import procedure and provide the report to management for the documents with SEZ compliance.
