As a customer support Engineer I am responsible for the following activities,
Sales and Marketing Operations: Meet the Various customers to get the Orders and Enquiry. Studying & analyzing of Engineering Drawings and specification. Calculating raw material requirement & man power calculation and preparing tenders Quoting rates for Power Plant Boiler Products.
Business Development: Device business development strategies to enhance profitability across verticals. Evolve market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve channel/product wise targets.
Channel Development: To increase our no. of Customer I am quoting competitive price and quality of Product and also timely delivery. Vendor Development and evaluate the outsourced product and service. Our main customer is BHEL, Trichy and Cethar Limited, Trichy and we commencing Business with L&T, BGR Boilers ltd and Thermax India Ltd.
Engineering Development: Formatting Customer Quality control Procedure, Day Book Register, Standard Inspection Procedure etc... same to get approved from customer. Studying and analyzing of engg. drawing, if needed any correction, modification done through customer. Payments & Orders: After submission of bills, continuously following payments due and further orders.
Commitment and Delivery: I am committed to delivery on each month at a customer specified quality. Our commitment is in-terms of tonnage. Our average monthly commitment is 800-900Mt.
Systems Activity: Creation of Material Code, Bill of Material, Production order, Material Reservation, Order confirmation and stock updating in SAP and sales activity.
Done MBA on Operation Management.
First Mark obtained in the class
