 Actively involve for updating and follow up with client for maintaining the Process Change Tracker file and updating Activity Process Document according with Process Change Tracker file.
 Depth analysis of earning which are rejected or stopped, lying unapplied in Royaltor accounts and escalating the same to clients.
 Check sales posting to artist ledger for a particular period and whether all releases have been linked to associated ARS artist account.
 TV break is an adjustment of advertisement expenses being incurred by labels either on TV or Radio for an album and prepare the recoup schedule same from artist.
 Prepare the royalty statement for various Label artists for ‘NOW’ Album sale and run the mass upload entry for same.
 Creating & maintaining error log file on daily basis & preparing a report out of that on monthly basis. Maintaining leave planner & tracker. Maintaining report of no of daily jobs processed individually & as a whole team
 Responsible for quality check for each and every activity done by the team members and to make sure that accuracy should be 100%.
 Completing all the adhoc queries send by the client with 100% accuracy.
 Preparing Daily Status Tracker for entire team.
 Preparing Executive Dash Board.
 Taking Clients (OPS) calls on regular basis.
 Training new resources on entire process activities.
 Updating All the DTPs and process change tracker and getting it signed off with the clients on regular intervals.
 Prepare Technology Down Time Tracker.
