a) Monitoring and Maintaining Water Management System such as auto sprinkler system, domestic water pumps, sewage water pumps, grass irrigation pumps, tree irrigation.
b) Monitoring and Maintaining of BMS control system.
c) Monitoring and Maintaining of Electrical (HV/LV SYSTEM), Substation, Standby Generator), Electrical controls for AHU’s, FAHU’s, CHILLERS, EXHAUST fans.
d) Monitoring and Maintaining Sliding gates (Motorized) and Road Blockers.
e) Monitoring and maintaining all check lists, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance reports.
f) Maintaining all records as per ISO 9001-2000 edition.
g) Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

 Working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion.
 Directing & instructing Maintenance Technicians; monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources.
 Monitoring implementation & documentation of quality systems.
 Managing techno-commercial activities relating to O&M contracts and procurement of utility equipments.
 Deploying suitable manpower and equipment / materials and proper planning to ensure timely execution of the projects.
 Managing a team and guiding site staff members to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.
 Implementing techniques at the plant and effectively reducing rejections in the shop.
 Dealing with OEMs, Vendors & Contractors; arranging training for O&M personnel on regular basis to maintain the equipments on healthy condition.
