Complete execution work for Plumbing, Fire fighting & LPG systems

 Design & review of Plumbing & Fire fighting Calculations.  Preparation of Material submittals as per project specifications & obtaining approval from consultants.  Preparation of technical comparison sheet & Price comparison of Major equipment and finalization of supplier as per the project budget.  Assist Procurement dept. by checking the technical requirement evaluation of LOI and PO for the required material/equipment.  Ensure that all materials are ordered in time so that progress on site is not interrupted or delayed.  Preparation of project closed documents, O & M manuals.  Coordinating with draftsman’s to prepare shop drawings, Checking & Obtaining approval from consultants.  Planning and Preparation of Material & Shop drawing Schedules, Raising Technical Query.  Checking of all shop drawings, Co-ordination drawings, & As Built Drawings.  Checking of Project Specification, BOQ, contract documents & Sub Contact Agreements.  Maintaining Documents based on ISO Standards.  Attending Meeting with Client, Consultant & Main Contractor regarding engineering related works and design issues.  Preparing various Periodical Reports regarding Design/Shop Drawings approval Status.  Quantity takes off from the approved drawing and prepares Material Requisition.  Preparing Preliminary & Detailed Design for Plumbing & Fire Fighting System.  Knowledge in all Mechanical services like Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Fuel Oil System, LPG system  Good Knowledge in all major Mechanical Equipments.  Knowledge in NFPA, QCS, UPC & Other Construction Specifications.
